Curling Alberta Competitors Guide & Policies

By completing this registration, teams are agreeing to the following conditions:
· Pre-registered teams agree that the registration fee is non-refundable, except in extraordinary circumstances subject to approval by Curling Alberta’s Executive Director.
· It is understood that the location and number of provincial qualifiers in the masters women’s category is reviewed and may be adjusted each season by Curling Alberta.
· In the unexpected circumstance where only one team is available to compete in the provincial qualifier, this qualifying event will be cancelled without a standard qualifying berth issued. The remaining team agrees to travel to another provincial qualifier to earn a berth to the provincial championships (if the other qualifying events must be played).

One team representative will login or sign up to Curling I/O in order to register and pay for your team registration. Please note that your team can only enter one of the three Provincial Qualifier options; teams cannot change location after the registration deadline. There are no regional boundaries, please choose the most convenient option for your team. Refer to the Competitors' Guide on the Curling Alberta website for further registration details including, withdrawals, refunds and changes to rosters or location.

Once the registration has been completed, the representative will receive a confirmation email from Curling I/O Support with the subject of ‘Order Submitted - Curling I/O’ with a link to the waiver which must be forwarded onto the rest of your team so EACH member can accept the waiver and complete an up-to-date curler profile. For clarity, players who have previously created a curler profile should not create a new one and must use the same email as their original profile.

Every curler, will be charged a $25 Assessment fee; this will be added to the registration fee and will be displayed in your cart.

Best Western, Curling Alberta's official hotel, should be used for accommodation whenever possible.
