CALGARY - Professional Development Days for Educators

Calgary area, from 2:30-4:30

This two hour PD session combines on ice and off ice learning to introduce teachers to curling safety, delivery mechanics, sweeping, and strategy. It's ideal for PE teachers, coaches, and teacher advisors looking to build their curling knowledge and explore ways to incorporate curling into the classroom. All content is aligned with Alberta's curriculum and Curling Canada's Long Term Curler Development guide.

With the support of Curling Canada, Curling Alberta is pleased to deliver this professional development opportunity to educators across Alberta.

Please bring with you clean running shoes/curling shoes and warm clothes. All other equipment will be provided!
