Deadline for consideration for the Excel Team Program is September 2, 2020 12:00pm.
One team representative will register your team. This can be done by clicking on login or your name in the top right corner. Once the registration has been completed, the representative will receive a confirmation email with a link to the waiver. This waiver must be forwarded to the rest of your team to be accepted and so that a curler profile can be created.
By applying for the Excel Team Program, you are also registering for the Excel Points Race in your age category. The Excel Points Race is the ranking system for Alberta-based U18, U20, U25 and Elite teams. The Excel Points Race will be used for multiple purposes, including determining the teams that qualify for the Excel Team Program, The Excel U18 and U20 Cups, along with berth(s) in various Provincial Championships (see category-specific appendices for berth allocation details).
Curling Alberta requires at least one parent/legal guardian of every curler under the age of 18 to complete the online Respect in Sport (RiS) Parent Program in order to participate in any Curling Alberta sanctioned event.
